Service AssociatesI LOVE SUGAR is hiring for Service Associates at our flagship store in Las Vegas, NV. Starting pay rates are $14/hour.Overall job function: Optimizes the store’s success by providing the customers with the greatest customer experience.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service according to I LOVE SUGAR standards.Answer phones courteously and promptly.Job KnowledgeActively work with products, including processing, stocking, replenishing, rotating, displaying and merchandising per I LOVE SUGAR guidelines.Run POS register, report and handle all required transactions, issue receipts and pack merchandise.Receive, open and unpack merchandise shipments.EfficiencyExecute reductions, price changes, transfers and cash register routines.Utilize established I LOVE SUGAR policies and procedures to assist in asset protection and safety for the store and partner with store management as needed.Team PlayerWork effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash point, fitting rooms and stockroom are clean and well maintained per I LOVE SUGAR store standards.Adhere to I LOVE SUGAR values and internal standards policies and procedures contained in the company Employee Handbook.Minimum candidate qualifications:High School graduate or equivalent preferred6 months of experience in customer service, retail industry preferredAbility to lift in excess of 30 poundsAbility to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items for a short distanceAbility to climb a ladder and use a step stoolCompetencies:Excellent customer service skillsAbility and willingness to run a cash registerGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to take initiative to complete tasks and solve problemsAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to manage time and prioritizeMust be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekendsWe offer competitive pay rates, health insurance, and an amazing employee discount program for cell phone plans, gym memberships, travel, and more!
