Manufacturing Process Technician/EngineerNow Hiring!We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Technician/Engineer to join our team. This hands-on role is responsible for leading manufacturing process improvements, troubleshooting equipment, supporting automation systems, and ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety.Program and maintain software-based manufacturing equipment, including PLC, CNC, robotics, and automation systems.Create and modify mechanical assembly fixtures using CAD software.Assemble, test, qualify, and modify computer stitch pallets and stitch programs.Perform in-process quality testing to ensure production standards are met.Design and execute process validation trials and experiments.Assemble and build new or modified production equipment from drawings and specifications.Develop training documentation and train production operators on equipment and processes.Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.Qualifications:5–7 years of related manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with AutoCAD or other mechanical CAD software.Knowledge of PLC programming, C++, or other programming languages.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.Thorough understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (required).Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with CNC machines, robotics, or industrial automation.Experience designing fixtures and improving manufacturing processes.Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.If you're passionate about improving manufacturing processes and enjoy solving technical challenges in a hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you!Salary structure can be negotiated based on experience.Apply today!
