RN Supervisor
Mon. – Fri. Full time
• Administer medications as needed.
• Discuss with supervising nursing staff the progress of residents, plan of care, and care continuum.
• Provide various treatments as recommended by the physician.
• Perform physical assessments of residents.
• Handle admissions and/or discharges should the need occur.
Nursing Supervisor (RN) qualifications include: • Current Georgia RN License • 2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in LTC/skilled nursing community)• Excellent leadership skills • Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification • Genuine passion for working with seniors • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to lead and foster teamwork • Good documentation skills • Strong organization and time management skills • Comply with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties.
