The position is responsible for auditing documentation to reconcile with billing and oversees documentation of services by staff to assure conformity with Medi-Cal, County, other outside agencies, and internal standards and policies. QA Coordinator manages all charts with deficiencies by processing them to the appropriate department for correction. QA Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the discharged chart is closed in the correct order and completed. Position oversees the Continuous Quality Assurance program, medical records and records all CQI data.Division/Program Overview:Program: The TAY Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) facility is a short-term voluntary residential facility. Designed to help Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community.Population Served: Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisisFacility & Setting: short-term voluntary residential facility | 24/7 ProgramClinical Services: Therapeutic and mental health services, Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services, Medication evaluation and support services, Crisis interventionLength of Stay: short-termSkills & Transition: Pre-vocational or vocational counseling, transition back to communitySkills & Services: Daily exercise and health/wellness education
