Job Summary

Lahn Hospitality is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean windows, and sanitize surfaces.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness requirements.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lostandfound items promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within established timeframes.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or special assignments as directed by management to support hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, pull, push, and carry 25 to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Schedule
• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays are required, depending on operational needs.
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts depending on operational needs.
