Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - Full-Time Nights

Role: Staff Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure age-appropriate, safe, and effective care. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure safe medication and IV administration. Support organizational mission, values, and strategic goals. Take accountability for personal performance and professional development. Create a safe, therapeutic environment and adhere to hospital policies and standards. Engage in continuous improvement of patient experience and team dynamics. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Texas nursing license and Basic Life Support certification. Minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program. Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
