The ESolHealth Advantage

Position Title: RN ED

Job Location: Grand Blanc, MI

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 13 weeks

Shifts: 19:00-7:30

Must Have: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIH

Responsibilities:

Assessment: Conducting initial patient assessments to determine medical needs and prioritize care.
Triage: Assigning triage categories based on the severity of patients' conditions.
Intervention: Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians.
Documentation: Accurately documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Patient Education: Providing education to patients and their families regarding conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
Collaboration: Working closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, technicians, and support staff.
Advocacy: Advocating for patients' needs and ensuring they receive appropriate care and resources.
Emergency Response: Participating in resuscitation efforts and responding to emergencies within the ED.

Education & Experience Requirements:

1+ Years of Experience - Required
BLS Must be AHA - Required
