Accounts Receivable ClerkWe are currently hiring a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is a fully onsite position offering long-term stability and the opportunity to join a collaborative accounting team.The ideal candidate will have prior accounts receivable experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume office setting.ResponsibilitiesProcess daily customer payments including ACH, checks, and credit card transactionsApply payments accurately and reconcile accountsHandle inbound phone calls and assist customers with payment-related questionsMonitor and respond to accounting emailsInvestigate and resolve billing or payment discrepanciesMaintain accurate financial records and documentationAssist with additional accounting duties as neededQualifications2+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experienceKnowledge of payment application and reconciliation processesStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Windows and general computer systemsOracle software experience preferredStrong typing and 10-key data entry skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environmentTeam-oriented with strong organizational skills
