Senior Manager E2E Planning Excellence

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead global end-to-end planning standards, governance, and continuous improvement across the integrated supply chain. The role combines supply chain planning expertise with strategy and digital acumen to drive planning excellence, capability development, and business performance across regions and sectors.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards, governance frameworks, and operating principles across regions
- Champion initiatives strengthening planning effectiveness including scenario optimization, inventory monitoring, and demand management
- Lead global communities of practice to share knowledge and promote continuous improvement
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and Digital teams to enhance planning processes and capabilities
- Guide development and deployment of global training programs for the E2E Planning community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or end-to-end planning
- Experience leading process improvement, business transformation, or global capability initiatives
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and operating models
- Proven ability to influence partners and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; ability to travel 20-30% domestically and internationally
