Overview We're looking for a new advisor to join our team. This is a growth-focused, hunter-style role. This advisor will be responsible for driving net new asset growth by sourcing, closing, and developing new client relationships. Role Description The Senior Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Englewood, CO. This role is responsible for meeting with clients to assess their financial situations, developing comprehensive retirement and distribution plans, and recommending investment and income strategies aligned with long-term goals. The Senior Financial Advisor will analyze tax implications of various distribution approaches, coordinate Social Security and pension filing strategies, and monitor client portfolios for performance and risk. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and presenting financial plans, documenting recommendations, staying current with regulatory and market changes, and collaborating with internal team members to deliver consistent, high-quality client service.This is a full-cycle sales role with strong internal support, training, and marketing resources.The firm owns the client relationship and provides full operational, compliance, and marketing support-allowing the advisor to stay focused on selling, relationship-building, and asset growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level advisor who is not brand new, brings energy and ambition, and wants to be rewarded directly for performance. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning for clients transitioning into and living through retirement. Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments, including portfolio construction, risk management, and tax-efficient distribution strategies. Proven experience in Financial Advisory, including client relationship management, plan implementation, and ongoing review. Relevant professional credentials such as RICP, CFP, ChFC, or similar designation preferred. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and ethically to a wide range of clients. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and fiduciary standards. Proficiency with financial planning software and standard office productivity tools. Required Qualifications Active Life Insurance License. Series 65 license. Licensed to sell, advise, and bring in assets. 5+ years of experience in financial sales or advisory roles. Proven ability to prospect, network, and close new business. Comfortable in a performance-based compensation model. Willing to work onsite and attend networking events as needed. Salary and Bonus of 50,000 - $200,000.
