Position Summary: Job Title: AI Engineer Duration: 6 Months - Long Term Location: Washington, DC Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon
Required Skills:
- Hands-on, production-level experience building AI solutions, including agentic AI, GenAI, and RAG, who understands not just how to use these frameworks but how they work underneath.
- They should bring solid data engineering foundations, meaning experience designing pipelines with proper transformations, model evaluation, and monitoring, along with cloud platform and API integration skills.
- Beyond the technical depth, we need someone who can clearly explain their design decisions and collaborate with business and product teams to turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
