CNC Field Service Engineer with 50% Travel

Pacifica Continental seeks a Service Engineer in Massachusetts to provide maintenance and repair assistance for CNC machine tools. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, with strong customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers with machine tools on-site and via phone, updating technical documentation, and developing service reports.
