Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• We require native-level or bilingual English fluency.

• We expect excellent written communication and grammar skills.
• We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
• We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.

• We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• We write clean, high-quality code examples and clear explanatory notes.
• We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• We provide actionable feedback that helps improve future AI models.
• We complete a short assessment as part of our hiring process.
• We choose projects and work hours based on our availability.
