Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 Years experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Experience in FFT analysis of vibration spectra on a range of heavy industrial plant
• Experience in practical application of FMEA, NDT inspection techniques preferred
• Working knowledge of instrumentation, process controls, motors, starts, VFD's preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems
• Manage the preventative/predictive maintenance programs
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for reliability team
• Analyze and eliminate repetitive problems through root cause analysis
