Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

Our client is a Fortune 500 corporation with more than 115,000 employees worldwide. This is a full-time, 100% in-office position at our client's DC-area headquarters, and the team works closely with the company’s business units that offer a wide range of aerospace and defense products and services. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role at our client's corporate headquarters, supporting executive leaders and senior stakeholders across 10 global business units. The position provides financial analysis and strategic support for key Corporate Finance initiatives, including M&A, capital structure optimization, pension investment strategy, and other capital deployment opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring experience in some or all of these areas, along with a strong blend of financial analysis, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to drive informed decision-making and financial excellence across the organization. Responsibilities Conduct sophisticated financial analysis to support corporate finance transactions and strategic initiatives Lead M&A evaluations, including complex valuations, due diligence coordination, and negotiation support Develop and execute capital structure strategies for General Dynamics’ short-term and long-term debt Pension strategy analysis, including relationships with OCIOs and actuaries for funds exceeding $10 billion Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field 10 years of relevant experience in M&A, FP&A, capital markets, or a related field Demonstrated understanding of how business transactions impact and flow through the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement Experience with FP&A and capital markets Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong focus on accuracy and process optimization Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint MBA or CPA certification preferred Extensive experience in M&A and valuation preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
