We are GROWING and want you to grow with us!ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders across all business units to scope and build a variety of reports and analytics solutionsAssist in maintenance, troubleshooting and creating new features for our ERP systemContribute to full-stack software development across a range of different applicationsMaintain documentation of development progress, incoming issues, tickets or featuresCollaborate with other business systems and IT helpdesk team members to solve complex issuesCommunicate with business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand current processes and generate new projects for the business systems teamSkills & Qualifications0-3 years of relevant IT/Software Development experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent working experienceKnowledge of SQL and software languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – C#/Java is not required but is a plusExperience working in a team environment on software projectsMust be able to communicate clearly via telephone and email and display strong listening skills to understand issues and needsStrong organizational skills related to logging issues and needsWeimer Bearing offers a generous compensation and benefits package, including a lucrative PROFIT SHARING program.
