Job Summary Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is looking for a Junior Associate to join our Real Estate practice group located in the Charlotte, Raleigh, or Atlanta offices. Salary & Compensation Base pay range: $225,000 - $260,000 per year . Total compensation will reflect your experience, licensure, and skills. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents. Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance. Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for real estate transactions. Qualifications 1–3 years of real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Licensed and in good standing in the state in which you practice. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence working with clients daily.
