What You Will Do

Our caregivers support the whole person through three core services:

• Companionship care – conversation, emotional support, and social engagement
• Homemaking services – light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Personal care – assistance with daily living activities (training provided)

You’ll be part of a trusted team that treats every client like family and adapts care as needs change.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $17.25– $20.00 per hour

Mileage and travel time reimbursement

Flexible scheduling (with strong preference for full-time availability)

Referral bonuses- (Employee & Client) Earn up to $1,000 in referral bonuses. Know a family who needs private in-home care? Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and hygiene (training provided)
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Run errands and provide transportation
• Follow and support individualized care plans

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable caregivers
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organized, adaptable, and reliable
• Ability to perform basic homemaking tasks
• Full-time availability strongly preferred
• Bonus: experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care
