Job Duties:

Manage full cycle recruiting for clinical positions

Source candidates through various platforms including clinical student platforms

Conduct follow-up calls with candidates regarding onboarding efforts

Participate in weekly recruitment calls

Update weekly vacancies

Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system

Requirements:

1 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience required.
• Current, valid, and active driver's license required.

Responsibilities:

The Talent Recruitment Partner sources candidates through various recruiting platforms to identify and screen candidates to present to hospital hiring Directors and Managers. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
