Job Title: Experienced MIG Welder Job Description

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will weld steel components according to specifications, read blueprints and work orders, and ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy

• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Essential Skills

• Previous MIG welding experience

• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in MIG welding

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Overtime is available, and occasional Saturdays are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springville, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.51 - $26.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
