ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bev Cundiff has been an agent with State Farm for over 35 yrs; we have a family-oriented office environment. Looking for someone who is comfortable in that type of work environment. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable working with the public, greet everyone with a smile, able to work around conflicts, is willing to learn and help the agency grow. Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:
