Physical Therapist Needed in Santa Fe

Staff Physical Therapist

More Placements is partnering with an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Santa Fe, New Mexico to hire a Staff Physical Therapist. This practice is built around a true one on one care model, giving therapists 45 minute patient visits with no overlapping or double booked schedules. Physical therapists here provide thorough, unhurried orthopedic care while working alongside a clinical director and up to two other staff PTs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients within an outpatient orthopedic caseload
• Deliver individualized, one on one treatment sessions
• Develop and adjust plans of care based on patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical director and clinic team on patient care
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current or eligible New Mexico physical therapy license
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient centered, one on one care

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Flexible start and end times between 7 AM and 6 PM Approximately 40 hours per week (some therapists work four 10 hour days)

Compensation and Benefits:
