What this looks like for you: Experienced LMTs (at 25 hours/week) earn $70,000-$80,000+ annually. Average Pay: $70-$80 per 60-minute massage(includes a high baseline gratuity averaging ~$33/service). Advanced Services: Earn up to $125 for 80-100 minute treatments. Guaranteed Tips: 100% of your tips belong to you. Extra Income: Additional earnings from service enhancements and bonuses. Support Guest Wellness Connect with guests post-session to recommend care plans, helpful enhancements (like cupping or CBD), or memberships that genuinely support their healing journey. (No aggressive corporate sales tactics or high-pressure quotas--just authentic care). Maintain Your Workspace Keep your treatment room clean, organized, and ready for your next guest.
