Employee Experience Specialist (Human Resources)

Overview The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering Employee Experience (EX) and Bancorp programs, projects, and events on time, within budget, and with quality. The role works with all levels of the organization and external partners to plan, prepare, and deliver programs and events across multiple days, geographies, and technologies. The specialist ensures excellent service and clear logistical communication to employees, supports recognition programs, and maintains detailed management of all supporting elements. Responsibilities Provide project management for assigned corporate programs, events, and campaigns related to EX and Human Capital initiatives. Support large‑scale projects and events by serving as a work stream lead or by leading several work streams. Facilitate project team meetings, manage agendas, and provide meeting recaps. Support Bancorp recognition programs ensuring effective, on‑schedule, and budget‑compliant execution. Develop, maintain, and improve tools, processes, procedures, and templates for consistent and flawless event and program execution. Focus on continuous process improvement by understanding Human Capital and Bancorp strategies and the event/meeting industry. Engage and manage service vendors, research, identify, qualify, and negotiate preferred pricing with Sourcing. Plan and execute logistical elements of meetings, programs, and events. Support EX team in reporting, data analysis, scheduling, and invoicing functions. Lead the execution and distribution of the Leadership Brief and Key Communicator Brief. Partner with Corporate Communications to share important organizational updates with Management Committee members. Maintain expertise in meeting management technologies, including voting/polls, virtual, in‑person, recordings, and combinations of mediums. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of project management and event management experience. Excellent writing and communication skills for a wide variety of audiences. Strong influence and relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels. Resilience, diplomacy, and problem‑solving abilities in diverse situations. Self‑motivated and capable of working independently and cooperatively in a diverse group. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain confidential information. Compensation & Benefits The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Salaries vary based on role, skill set, experience, education, and geographic location. The role is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan based on company, line of business, and/or individual performance.
