School Psychologist Job Description: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs, utilizing a variety of standardized tests, interviews, and observations. Provide counseling, intervention, and support services to students experiencing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop effective intervention strategies. Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' individual needs, develop behavior management plans, and create supportive learning environments that promote academic success and emotional well-being. Serve as a resource for the school community by offering workshops, training sessions, and educational materials on topics related to mental health, learning disabilities, crisis intervention, and other relevant areas.
