Associate Attorney - Premises & General Liability

We are a highly accomplished national law firm with a focus on defense litigation. We employ over 300 Attorneys and have 15 offices. The firm is dedicated to resolving complex and contested matters in civil, construction, insurance, and real estate litigation for our clients across multiple states. Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience. Experience and Skills Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on civil litigation (General liability, premises liability, or trucking litigation) Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. What You’ll Need Licensed to practise in Georgia. An additional license is a big plus. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $210,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
