Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician/Quality Control Inspector specialized in Oil & Gas to join our dynamic team.
• In this pivotal role, you will drive quality assurance and control initiatives across our manufacturing and operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee the site's Quality Management System, ensuring full compliance with company quality standards, ISO-9001, and all quality management certifications
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans targeting Zero Defects, Zero Quality Escapes, and reduction of Cost of Quality (COQ)
• Conduct regular process audits in fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing shops, as well as functional areas including procurement, planning, and customer service
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, managing the resolution of all findings through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

Required Skills

• Working experience in Oil & Gas company as QC/QA
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen implementation.
• Hands-on experience with 5S, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and 8D.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have):

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• 3 to 10 Years of experience in industrial manufacturing.
