Supervisor of Concierge Services Location: Crane's Mill, West Caldwell Schedule: Full-time 8:30-5:00 Salary: $20–$22 per hour Responsibilities Participates as a team member by maintaining a positive, cooperative, and collaborative attitude with co‑workers and supervisors. Implements and oversees all policies and procedures at the Concierge desk. Fulfills other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the facility and organization. Qualifications Education: BS/BA preferred; High School Diploma/GED required. Experience: 2‑3 years of varied experience preferred; familiarity with CCRC/resident relations and telephone systems. Skills: Customer service oriented, telephone etiquette, MS Office Suite, Internet/Intranet proficiency.
