Job Description Job Description Commercial HVAC Installer Technician - Philadelphia, PA Regional Routes | Up to 75% Travel BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer Technician to support Philadelphia, PA and surrounding Region . This is a full‐time, installer‐focused commercial role offering competitive hourly pay, strong benefits, and long‐term career growth. Compensation & Incentives * Competitive Pay : $35-$42/hour ($72,800-$87,360 annually) * Overtime paid when approved * $55/day per diem for regional travel * Company-paid lodging when overnight travel is required Kickoff Tech Program - Choose One * $3,500 cash bonus * 40 hours of additional floating holidays * $1,250 technical training reimbursement Benefits That Work for You * PTO starting at 48 hours (up to 168 hours with tenure) * 7 paid holidays * 401(k) with 5% company match * Take‐home company vehicle * Company iPhone, iPad, service van & PPE * Annual boot voucher * Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance * Corporate discounts through ADP * Ongoing training, certifications & advancement opportunities What You'll Be Doing * Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems * Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering * Support system start‐ups and troubleshoot installation issues * Perform limited maintenance or repair as needed * Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors * Complete electronic work orders accurately What We're Looking For Required * 2-5 years of commercial HVAC experience (installation preferred) * EPA Certification * High school diploma or GED * Valid driver's license * Ability to pass background and drug screening Preferred * HVAC apprenticeship or technical school training * Journeyman‐level or equivalent experience Physical Requirements * Lift up to 75 lbs. * Work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces * Comfortable wearing required PPE Schedule & Travel * Local and regional commercial work * Up to 75% travel , depending on project needs * Per diem and lodging provided when overnight travel is required Tools Provided * Company service van * iPad & iPhone * PPE * Company supports major tools; technicians provide standard hand tools Apply today - interviews are moving quickly Ready to elevate your career?
