Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) We are hiring for a great client in Frankfort, IL. This is an on-site contract opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who will provide direct behavioral support to students and assist in implementing behavior intervention strategies within a school-based setting. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students under the supervision of a BCBA Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and individualized behavior strategies Collect and record data on student behavior and progress toward goals Support students in developing social, communication, and functional skills Assist in managing challenging behaviors using evidence-based ABA techniques Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure consistent behavioral support Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and data collection Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for students Participate in team meetings and follow guidance from supervising clinicians Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or behavioral needs Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Strong communication, organization, and data collection skills Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting student growth and success #J-18808-Ljbffr
