At CTSI, a New Charter Company, we are seeking an Inside Consulting Support Representative in Lubbock, TX (in other companies this person could hold the title of (Inside Sales Support Representative, Sales Operations Support Specialist, IT Quoting Specialist) to prepare accurate proposals and quotes while supporting vendor pricing, purchasing, renewals, and client-facing documentation.

This is an onsite position based in Lubbock, TX.

In this role, you will partner with consultants, technicians, procurement teammates, and technology vendors to coordinate quote requests, confirm pricing and hardware availability, manage renewals, and prepare materials for client business reviews and proposals. You will use internal programs, including Excel, and team purchasing workflows to keep high-volume requests organized, accurate, and moving forward.

To be successful in this role, you will communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, stay organized across multiple concurrent tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will support procurement and purchasing activities while ensuring quotes, renewal documents, and client materials are prepared reliably and on time.

General job duties include

• Prepare accurate, client-ready proposals and quotes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring pricing and product details are complete.

• Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, confirm hardware availability, and support timely purchasing and quoting decisions.

• Manage upcoming renewals, including warranties, by confirming requirements, coordinating pricing, and preparing documentation before expiration.

• Prepare organized documentation for client business reviews and proposals, compiling relevant pricing, renewal, and quote information.
  
  

Required Experience

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify needs, provide updates, and resolve questions.

• Stay organized while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Use basic Excel skills to organize and review pricing, quote, and purchasing information.

• Collaborate with procurement, purchasing, consultants, and technicians to coordinate quote requests, answer questions, and keep work moving forward.

Preferred Experience

• Prior procurement or purchasing experience, including vendor coordination, pricing, product availability, and order support.

Compensation:

• The compensation is expected to start at $21/hr ($45,000). Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
