Licensed Behavior Specialist

As we continue to expand access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, our Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) play a vital role in overseeing case management, guiding clinicians, and ensuring effective, evidence-based treatment across clinic, home, school, and community environments throughout Lower Bucks County.
This full-time position offers structured daytime hours with flexibility for two evening shifts per week, competitive salaried pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for clients ages 2-18. Location: Primarily Warminster and surrounding community locations, with travel throughout Lower Bucks County
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM + two evening shifts as needed
Compensation: Salaries starting at $60,000 , with additional pay based on experience What You'll Do • Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs, including behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition plans
• Conduct assessments such as functional analyses and other behavioral or skill-based evaluations
• Observe clients and staff across a variety of settings, including clinic, school, home, and community locations
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities
• Conduct new client intakes and create responsive treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with families, doctors, schools, insurance companies, and other service providers
• Support and guide clinicians delivering one-on-one ABA services to ensure consistency and quality

• Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM , with flexibility for two evening shifts each week
• Ability to commute primarily to Warminster and throughout Lower Bucks County, including Newtown
