Internal Medicine physician job in Texas : Enterprise Medical is partnering with a leading rehabilitation hospital in Lubbock, Texas, to welcome an Inpatient Internal Medicine-Rehabilitation Physician to its growing team. Position Highlights: Full-time inpatient rehabilitation position in a freestanding, high-quality facility Join a well-established program with strong interdisciplinary clinical support Manage an average daily census of approximately 20 patients Flexible, self-directed daily workflow designed to support work-life balance Monday?Friday schedule with no night shifts and no 7-on/7-off model Shared call and weekend coverage Opportunities for program directorship and long-term leadership growth Collaborative environment with experienced subspecialty consultants Open to new graduates Compensation & Benefits: Compensation with income guarantee Full relocation assistance High income potential with flexible scheduling Leadership development opportunities within a national network About the Community: Lubbock is one of the fastest-growing cities of its size in Texas, known for its vibrant arts scene, live music culture, and dynamic local events.
