Globetrotter Transportation Inc. is seeking dedicated, talented individuals with intense energy, exceptional ability to close, and specialized experience in Logistics.
Our Logistics brokers make strong connections and create business opportunities while growing their own book of business within the company. Brokers will prospect, call, and obtain new customers to create an account with exceptional commission.

Essential Duties:
· Develop new customer & carrier relationships and grow existing ones to maximize opportunity and revenue(lead generation, cold calling, and referrals).
· Build strong working relationships with customers and carriers to achieve proper communication
· Negotiate with customers & carriers to achieve a revenue balance that awards appropriate profit margins
· Manage freight by keeping consistent updates on tracking to ensure on-time delivery
· Maintain ongoing relationships and monitor activities with customers and prospects
· Keep customers informed about any delays and/or information necessary to the shipment.
