A Per Diem Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available in Petersburg, VA, supporting a Retail and Long Term Care setting. This role offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, perfect for candidates seeking consistent daily hours during the workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute prescription medications as directed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
• Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding their medications and proper usage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and clients.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Virginia Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long term care settings preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the unique demands and workflows.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient interaction.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.

Location: Petersburg, VA

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
