Flexible shifts at various hours and immediate-start opportunities are available for qualified applicants serving clients in Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Camarillo. You will also receive training, ongoing support, and the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your needs. What You’ll Do Provide companionship and friendly conversation. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. Support clients with routine daily activities and personal care needs, as appropriate. Provide medication reminders. Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility. Provide transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed. Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member. Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment. What You’ll Need Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to read and speak English. Must provide a negative TB test or clear chest X-ray. Must pass a background check. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be authorized to work in the United States. One year of caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training and support are provided. What We Offer $17.50–$20.00 per hour , based on experience. Weekly pay. Flexible schedules designed to fit your needs. Paid time off. 401(k) with company match after one year of service.
