Civil Engineer

Immediate opening with a growing civil engineering firm in the Baltimore suburbs! We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Civil Designer with experience in Prince George’s County land development projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently and produce quality engineering plans without constant oversight. Responsibilities include: Site layout and land development design Grading and drainage plans Sediment and erosion control design Water and sewer utility extensions Coordination with local municipalities and agencies Preparation of construction documents and permit plans Stormwater management design and calculations a strong plus Requirements: Experience working on projects in Prince George’s County Proficiency with Civil 3D Ability to manage design tasks independently Strong understanding of local design standards and permitting processes Land development consulting experience preferred Excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing team with a strong project backlog and immediate need.
