We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Manager to join our team and lead our customer service and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

-Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

-Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage during all shifts.

-Monitor and control food and labor costs to meet budget goals.

-Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality in line with Dairy Queen standards.

-Handle customer inquires, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

-Assist with hiring, training, and developing staff members.

-Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

-Prior management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in quick service or fast food.

-ServSafe certification

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a calm, positive attitude

-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

-Passion for providing outstanding customer service and fostering a team-oriented environment.
