We are seeking a Pay Per Visit - PRN RN Case Manager to complete Start of Cares and Re- certs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home care experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
