What You'll Do

• Provide expert care for neonatal patients in a Level III Neonatal ICU
• Administer high alert medications, IV drips, and ventilator management
• Manage central lines and RAMs procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient status using Epic EMR system and respond promptly to patient needs
• Support families of neonatal patients through education and compassionate care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or able to obtain
• 2+ years of RN experience in NICU or neonatal critical care
• Epic EMR experience
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE
• Ability to work night shifts for a 12-hour schedule

Preferred:

• Experience managing ventilators, central lines, or high alert medications
