Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team and family members

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in New Jersey

• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
