Responsibilities Midwest Center for Youth and Families is an Assessment Coordinator to join our team! We are dedicated to care of the hearts and minds of our patients with compassion and superior quality behavioral healthcare services through our full-immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents ages 10 - 18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. Website: Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the intake and clinical assessment process for individuals entering a residential treatment facility. Qualifications Requirements Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field (MSW/MA), OR RN with active, unrestricted state license is required. 1-3 years of experience in a clinical, behavioral health, or psychiatric setting. Prior experience conducting assessments, intakes, or admissions required. Familiarity with level-of-care criteria required. Strong understanding of biopsychosocial assessment methods and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
