Responsibilities:

• Lead OSS/BSS system migrations
• Integrate Sonar, Gaiia, or similar platforms
• Map and migrate customer/network data
• Build and manage API integrations
• Align systems across billing, provisioning, inventory
• Troubleshoot integration and data issues
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Document processes and system architecture

Skills / Must Have:

• OSS/BSS integration experience in ISP environments
• Hands-on with Sonar, Gaiia, or similar
• Strong API and data migration experience
• Understanding of ISP workflows (billing, provisioning)
• Experience with system integrations and automation
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
