Location: Houlton, WI

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00/per hour - depending on experience

Shift: 7:00AM-5:00PM (Monday - Friday)

Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Saw Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced and physical manufacturing environment. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks and equipment adjustments.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility.

Requirements:

Ability to accurately identify products.
Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Background in factory or warehouse environments.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
Ability to use a tape measure.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Standing, twisting, bending, lifting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining individual accountability.
