Responsibilities You will be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, you will solve problems and build trusted relationships to protect homes and families. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver, using in‑depth training to recommend the best innovative pest solution for each customer’s needs. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and handling assigned leads with our robust advertising budget. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services provide peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home. Make recommendations based on inspection findings and address any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided. What We Offer Competitive earnings and a company vehicle with a gas card upon route assignment. No experience required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license or certification if required (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients. Work Environment Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
