We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, and adaptable Senior User Experience Designer (individual contributor) to join Schwab's User Experience team. In this role, you will help shape the digital experiences that power how clients move money, make payments, and manage their financial lives, creating experiences that feel useful, consistent, modern, and distinctly Schwab. This is an individual contributor role for a designer who is comfortable moving between the big picture and the smallest interaction details. You will independently lead work from problem definition through execution, bring clarity to ambiguity, and partner across Experience Design, Content, Product, Engineering, Research, and other cross-functional partners to turn complex challenges into scalable solutions across web and mobile.The work matters because millions of clients rely on Schwab to make decisions about their financial lives.
