Director of Engineering - Food Manufacturing & Automation

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead capital projects and manufacturing technology across its ten food manufacturing plants. Based in St. Paul, MN or near a production site, travel up to 75% to support projects nationwide. You will drive standardization, asset and process excellence, and mentor site engineers, project teams, and construction personnel while coordinating with corporate and site management to ensure safe, compliant operations.
