Insights Analyst — Strategy & Growth Initiatives Location: Confidential client engagement | Industry: CPG About the Role This is a high-visibility Insights Analyst opportunity supporting one of the company's most important growth workstreams. You'll evaluate business opportunities, develop executive-level recommendations, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and storytelling — perfect for someone who loves digging into data and turning it into recommendations senior leaders act on. What You'll Do Analyze business opportunities and initiatives, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations Develop executive-ready presentations and communications that influence decision-making and drive alignment across stakeholders Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives Build compelling data storytelling and enablement materials that help teams understand and execute key business priorities Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in insights, analytics, strategy, consulting, category management, executive communications, project management, or a related field Proven ability to analyze complex business/consumer data and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations and presentations Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong experience using syndicated data, business intelligence, or reporting tools (e.g., Circana, Nielsen, Power BI, Tableau) Preferred: Experience supporting strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, or business integration Experience supporting senior executives or commercial leadership teams within CPG, retail, or other multi-brand organizations Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling presentations, sales enablement materials, or executive communications that simplify complex business concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr ARI (Axcel Recruiting Inc.)
