We're partnering with a growing Managed Services Provider seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support and implement IT solutions for SMB clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, working across diverse client environments, and serving as a Tier 3 escalation resource.

What You'll Do

• Act as a senior escalation point for technical support issues
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft server and cloud environments
• Lead Microsoft 365 and Azure projects and migrations
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and networking technologies
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with service and project teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of IT experience, including MSP experience
• Strong expertise with:
• Microsoft 365
• Azure
• Windows Server
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• VMware and/or Hyper-V
• PowerShell scripting
• Networking fundamentals
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to independently own technical issues through resolution

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 – $95,000 base salary
