Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become a valued member of our dedicated imaging team. You will utilize advanced ultrasound technology to carry out diagnostic examinations, collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, and bring clarity and reassurance to patients through accurate and timely imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations such as obstetric, gynecological, abdominal, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations
• Work in close collaboration with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment while promptly reporting any issues
• Document procedures accurately and maintain meticulous patient records in the electronic medical system
• Remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related area
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications

• Current certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification desired
